Main responsibilities
- Provide development services to maintain the platform by identifying requirements through input and feedback from the Client.
- Provide maintenance services to ensure that the Cloud platform is maintained effectively and provides meets requirements for capacity and availability.
- Attend meetings with the Client, to ensure alignment with the Clients requirements.
- Agree and provide occasional out-of-hours support for the Client at the appropriate overtime rate for the FRT team location.
- Provide support for the Client Customer Support team for escalated support tickets for the platform.
- Agree and support release schedules for platform updates.
- Maintain a backlog of requirements and activities and share these with the Client through regular review meetings.
- The requirement for Python is small (a few hours per week) and should be delivered by one or more Full Stack engineers with reasonable experience with Python.
