Digital Account Manager (Client Growth & Performance Marketing)

Main responsibilities
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients
  • Understand client goals and translate them into effective campaign strategies
  • Work closely with internal teams to optimise campaign performance
  • Monitor and improve campaign results across digital channels
  • Identify upsell opportunities and drive account growth
  • Prepare reports, insights, and client presentations
  • Stay updated on digital marketing and mobile advertising trends
Requirements
  • 2–4 years’ experience in account management, digital / affiliate marketing
  • Strong understanding of digital or performance marketing
  • Excellent communication and client management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
