Ad Operations Specialist

Permanent employee, Full-time · Tbilisi

Main responsibilities
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance across multiple traffic sources and platforms

  • Identify trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities using data and internal tools

  • Set up, manage, and validate tracking links, and data flows to ensure accuracy

  • Work closely with internal teams to support performance and scale

  • Troubleshoot technical or data-related issues that impact campaign results

  • Support process improvements and automation initiatives within Ad Ops workflows

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, technical, or analytical field.

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Comfort working with data, systems, dashboards, and multiple tools.

  • Experience with Excel / Google Sheets and the ability to go beyond manual reporting.

  • High attention to detail, ownership mindset, and willingness to learn.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.

  • Experience working with tracking systems, dashboards, or internal tools.

  • Technical curiosity (e.g. understanding how systems connect, data flows, APIs, automations — even without hands-on coding. Bonus points if you have experience with SQL and/or coding.).

  • Exposure to online marketing, performance advertising, or ad tech - an advantage.
