Sales Development Specialist B2B Cyber Security (New Logo Hunter)

Main responsibilities
  • Prospecting and generating net-new B2B opportunities from scratch
  • Selling cyber security and penetration testing services to mid-market and enterprise clients
  • Owning the full sales cycle: outreach → discovery → proposal → close 
  • Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of new logo opportunities
  • Working closely with technical teams to shape compelling solutions
  • Consistently hitting and exceeding new business revenue targets
Requirements
  • Proven hunter background in B2B sales
  • Track record of winning new logos only (not account management)
  • Experience selling cyber security, pen testing, IT security, or complex technical services
  • Comfortable with cold calling, outbound prospecting, and rejection
  • Telesales Experience 
  • Experience in social selling and advance use of LinkedIn
  • Strong commercial instincts and deal-closing ability
  • Confident engaging senior technical and business decision-makers
  • Experience using CRM (HubSpot)
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven
