Sales Development Specialist B2B – Staff Augmentation (New Logo Hunter)

Main responsibilities
  • Prospecting and generating net-new B2B opportunities
  • Selling staff augmentation solutions across tech and non-tech roles
  • Owning the full sales cycle: outbound → discovery → proposal → close
  • Engaging C-suite, HR, Talent, Procurement, and Hiring Managers
  • Positioning staff augmentation as a solution for scale, speed, and cost efficiency
  • Building and maintaining a strong new logo pipeline
  • Consistently hitting and exceeding new business targets
Requirements
  • Proven hunter-only B2B sales experience
  • Track record of closing new logos (not account management)
  • Experience selling staff augmentation, recruitment, RPO, BPO, or professional services
  • Comfortable with cold calling, outbound prospecting, and rejection
  • Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills
  • Commercially sharp with a results-first mindset
  • Experience in tele sales
  • Experience in social selling and advance use of LinkedIn
  • Self-sufficient, resilient, and target-driven
  • Experience selling both technical and non-technical talent solutions
  • Experience selling into scale-ups, enterprise, or high-growth environments
  • Existing network in HR, Talent, or Technology leaders
  • Experience using CRM (HubSpot)
