Main responsibilities
- Prospecting and generating net-new B2B opportunities
- Selling staff augmentation solutions across tech and non-tech roles
- Owning the full sales cycle: outbound → discovery → proposal → close
- Engaging C-suite, HR, Talent, Procurement, and Hiring Managers
- Positioning staff augmentation as a solution for scale, speed, and cost efficiency
- Building and maintaining a strong new logo pipeline
- Consistently hitting and exceeding new business targets
