Main responsibilities
- Own and manage the monthly management accounts, budgeting, and forecasting
- Oversee financial reporting, cash flow management, and variance analysis
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting across BPO and technology operations
- Ensure strong financial controls, processes, and governance
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll oversight
- Prepare statutory accounts and liaise with external accountants and auditors
- Support leadership with commercial analysis and financial insight
- Lead, manage, and develop the finance team, ensuring clear objectives and high performance
- Improve and automate finance processes and reporting where possible
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial, tax, and regulatory requirements
