Sales Manager

Main responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives
  • Set and monitor sales targets, providing regular feedback and guidance to the team
  • Lead, train, and inspire the sales team to consistently meet or exceed goals
  • Identify growth opportunities and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients
  • Analyze performance metrics and market trends to optimize strategies
  • Work closely with senior leadership to align sales efforts with business priorities
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts and performance reports
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales performance tools
  • Ability to manage, coach, and grow a high-performing sales team
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Experience in the advertising or media industry is a strong advantage
