Operations Manager

Main responsibilities
  • Oversee the full sales cycle, from lead identification and outreach to negotiation and deal closure.
  • Ensure accurate CRM management, maintaining up-to-date sales funnel data and opportunity status.
  • Oversee client relationship management and guide the team in handling key accounts.
  • Drive new business development from existing clients through upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities, providing strategic direction to the team.
  • Monitor individual KPIs and support team members in achieving and exceeding performance targets.
  • Build, grow, and manage one or more internal teams.
  • Develop and scale one or more business streams.
  • Lead teams through new strategy implementations, aligning solutions with business needs and success metrics.
  • Engage with senior-level stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Translate business objectives into clear team targets and ensure successful execution.
  • Conduct quality control checks on service delivery and campaign execution.
  • Ensure project plans remain on track, meeting timelines and performance expectations.
  • Maintain high standards of service delivery and client relationship management.
  • Oversee the distribution and placement of campaigns across online channels, including email, display, social, and mobile marketing.
Requirements
  • 5+ years’ experience in operational management roles.
  • Experience designing, implementing, and optimizing business processes.
  • Proven leadership in managing and developing cross-functional teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management, including communication with senior leadership.
  • Experience managing operational partnerships and complex service portfolios.
  • KPI development, performance tracking, and reporting.
  • Budget oversight and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
