Shape Culture & Employee Experience
- Champion our company culture, values, and engagement initiatives.
- Be the go-to person for employee relations, wellbeing, and day-to-day HR support.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment.
Run HR Operations Smoothly
- Manage onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination, benefits, and HR administration.
- Ensure compliance with Costa Rican labour law and internal HR policies.
- Maintain accurate employee records and support performance review cycles.
Lead Hiring & Growth
- Drive end-to-end recruitment for Costa Rica, partnering closely with our recruiter and the global HR and hiring managers.
- Support rapid team growth by identifying strong talent, coordinating interviews, and managing offers/onboarding.
- Help build our employer brand locally.
Support Office Setup & Local Operations
- Coordinate with vendors and global operations to create a modern, engaging workplace.
- Ensure local operations meet safety and regulatory standards.
