Technical Onboarding Specialist (E-commerce Integrations)

Main responsibilities

  • Set up and launch clients on the platform
  • Configure integrations and troubleshoot issues during onboarding
  • Act as the primary client contact during the launch phase, ensuring timely delivery
  • Import, clean, map, and optimise product data across marketplaces
  • Validate product feeds and ensure marketplace compliance
  • Understand client goals and align onboarding accordingly
  • Deliver client training sessions and enable platform adoption
  • Monitor integrations and resolve product listing or data issues
  • Ensure accurate and timely project status updates on multiple platforms
  • Maintain documentation, best practices, and process improvements
  • Coordinate with multiple different internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

  •  Experience in Salesforce for project management.
  •  Experience in a client-facing technical role within SaaS, ideally in onboarding.
  •  Fluent in both written and spoken English
  •  Familiarity with product data feed formats (XML, TXT, CSV, JSON) and FTP protocols
  •  Excel– Advanced use of formulas (Logical, Lookup, Text), data validation, etc. 
  •  Experience managing multiple complex client projects simultaneously
  •  Strong problem-solving skills with a client-focused mindset
  •  Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
  •  Experience and skills in documentation and process adaptability
  •  Experience delivering software training content
  •  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities
  •  Expertise in API integrations (REST and SOAP) and troubleshooting complex technical issues
  •  Experience working with enterprise clients and/or in the e-commerce industry
  •  Familiarity with remote-based training tools
