- Lead end-to-end business analysis activities for Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP implementations
- Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements with clarity and structure
- Work extensively across Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and solution designs
- Collaborate with technical teams, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
- Support system configuration, implementation, and optimisation within Dynamics 365 and Business Central
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and process discussions
- Drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validation, and issue resolution
- Ensure alignment between business processes and system capabilities
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and ERP enhancements
- Maintain clear and structured documentation of processes, requirements, and system changes
- Work effectively within cross-functional and international teams

Main responsibilities
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in ERP / Microsoft Dynamics environments
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management (SCM) with exposure to Sales and Project Operations is considered an advantage
- Experience working with Microsoft Business Central
- Solid understanding of end-to-end ERP processes (Finance, Procurement, Inventory, etc.)
- Proven expertise in requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to bridge business and technical teams effectively
- Experience supporting UAT, system testing, and implementation cycles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
- Experience with Microsoft Power BI for reporting and analytics
- Exposure to Dynamics 365 Field Service or Customer Service
- Experience working in international or distributed teams
- Prior involvement in full-cycle ERP/Dynamics 365 implementations
