Main responsibilities

  • Create high-volume, high-quality social media assets, including LinkedIn carousels, graphics, and campaign creatives.
  • Design digital marketing materials such as email banners, blog visuals, and website imagery.
  • Produce sales collateral, including one-pagers, presentations, pitch decks, and adapt assets across multiple channels.
  • Delivery assets quickly and consistently, meeting fast turnaround timelines (hours/days rather than weeks)
  • Build, manage, and improve reusable templates to support efficient and scalable content production
  • Own the visual execution of campaigns from concept through to final delivery
  • Use AI tools and modern design platforms (such as Canva) to accelerate workflows, generate concepts, and improve productivity
  • Continuously improving brand consistency, layout quality, and overall visual standards across all materials
  • Manage and prioritise incoming design requests across marketing and commercial teams
  • Maintain an organised and scalable asset library for future use

Requirements

  • 2+years’ experience in graphic design / digital content creation/marketing design
  • Strong hands-on experience using Canva as a core design tool
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (especially Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator) is an advantage
  • While maintaining speed and efficiency, use AI tools within your design workflow to improve speed and efficiency
  • Proven ability to produce high-quality visual assets quickly and consistently
  • Strong understanding of layout, visual hierarchy, typography, and modern digital design principles
  • Ability to take ideas or briefs and turn them into polished outputs with minimal direction
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • High attention to detail while maintaining speed and efficiency
