Main responsibilities

  • Deliver remote training sessions to new and existing customers
  • Manage multiple implementation projects from planning through to go-live
  • Understand customer processes and recommend effective system workflows
  • Collaborate with Technical, Onboarding, and Customer Success teams to coordinate customer requirements
  • Support customers during go-live and adoption phases
  • Maintain expertise in new product features and industry best practices
  • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and training initiatives
  • Ensure a high standard of customer service, training delivery, and project administration

Requirements

  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • Experience delivering software training or implementation services
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Experience analysing business processes and translating them into training or implementation plans
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Customer-focused with excellent organisational skills
