Main responsibilities

Deliver remote training sessions to new and existing customers
Manage multiple implementation projects from planning through to go-live
Understand customer processes and recommend effective system workflows
Collaborate with Technical, Onboarding, and Customer Success teams to coordinate customer requirements
Support customers during go-live and adoption phases
Maintain expertise in new product features and industry best practices
Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and training initiatives
Ensure a high standard of customer service, training delivery, and project administration

Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
Experience delivering software training or implementation services
Strong communication and presentation skills
Experience analysing business processes and translating them into training or implementation plans
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
Customer-focused with excellent organisational skills
