- Monitor and optimize campaigns on a daily basis (not organic, no Google or Meta Ads)
- Identify issues and improve performance continuously
- Set up and manage tracking, attribution, and campaign structure
- Work with pixels, tracking logic, and platform settings
- Run A/B tests and performance experiments
- Analyze campaign and user acquisition data to identify trends and opportunities
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards (Excel / Google Sheets)
- Turn data into actionable insights for growth and optimization
- Support decisions on scaling and performance improvement
- Use AI tools to improve analysis, reporting, and workflows
- Build simple automations to reduce manual work
- Continuously look for smarter and faster ways of working
- Explain performance results in a clear and simple way
