Main responsibilities
- Campaign Execution & Optimization:
- Own daily monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization of campaigns.
- Ensure tracking, attribution, and campaign mechanics are implemented correctly.
- Operate the technical side of our platform, including setup, pixel logic, and performance parameters.
- Conduct A/B tests and performance experiments.
- Data & Performance Analysis:
- Deep dive into user acquisition data to identify trends, performance gaps, and ROI opportunities.
- Build, analyze, and automate spreadsheets/dashboards for ongoing reporting.
- Extract insights that drive decisions on scaling, optimization, and performance improvement.
- AI, Automation & Productivity:
- Use AI tools to speed up analysis, reporting, and optimization workflows.
- Build semi-automated processes to reduce manual work.
- Client Communication:
- Translate complex performance data into simple explanations and actionable recommendations.
- Build trust with clients through transparency, clarity, and high-quality insights.
- Manage expectations and ensure alignment with performance KPIs.
