Main responsibilities
- Deep dive into user acquisition and performance data across multiple traffic sources, with a strong focus on data analysis, insights extraction, and ROI optimization.
- Own daily campaign monitoring, analysis, and optimization.
- Work extensively with spreadsheets: breaking down data, building reports, identifying patterns, and flagging issues or opportunities.
- Quickly understand and operate the technical side of our platform, including campaign setups, tracking logic, and performance mechanics.
- Use AI tools to shorten processes, improve efficiency, and enhance decision-making (analysis, reporting, optimization workflows).
- Identify scaling opportunities, optimization gaps, and growth potential within existing accounts to meet and exceed monthly KPIs.
- Ensure smooth and accurate execution of campaigns according to client objectives and performance goals.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts end-to-end, acting as the analytical and operational backbone for clients and internal teams.
- Build trusted, data-driven relationships with clients by clearly explaining performance insights and next steps.
